Product Introduction
The specialized machine for internal and external
longitudinal seam welding of power transmission towers is
a dedicated equipment designed and manufactured by our
company after years of research and development for power
transmission tower production companies. This equipment
is easy to operate, with high welding efficiency and good
weld formation. It can automatically track the weld
during the welding process, and the welding gun can be
adjusted vertically and horizontally.
The control system of this specialized machine adopts
advanced centralized control, and a handheld control box
can adjust all functions of the equipment and the current
and voltage of the welding power source.
Internal longitudinal sewing machine
The internal longitudinal seam welding machine is used
with gas shielded welding, while the external
longitudinal seam welding machine is used with submerged
arc welding.
The internal longitudinal seam welding machine can
complete the internal longitudinal seam welding of power
transmission towers up to12m in length and with a
diameter of 300mm-1800mm. The machine is equipped with a
welding oscillator on the welding gun, allowing users to
adjust the width of the weld seam formation according to
welding requirements.Additionally, a TV monitoring camera
is installed near the welding gun, allowing the operator
to observe the welding seam tracking through a display
monitor on the control panel.
External longitudinal sewing machine
The external longitudinal seam welding machine is used for
welding the external longitudinal seam of power transmission
towers with a diameter of 300mm-1800mm.
The submerged arc welding head on the equipment is equipped
with a two-dimensional tracking device, which can
automatically adjust the welding gun according to the
direction of the weld during the welding process. This
welding system is also equipped with a flux recovery unit to
automatically recover and reuse the available flux. The
machine can be configured as a dual-station welding system
according to user needs, increasing equipment
utilization.
