A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge. Transport is subject to your required quantity, by air for short quantity and by sea for big quantity (up to 250kgs)

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: T/T or L/C:

T/T: 30% of amount as deposit, the balance paid against documents.

L/C: at sight or 30 days aftersight. UPAS LC is good.

To have customers believes, customers only have to pay 95% of invoice, 5% balance will be kept as warranty if any claim and be paid with next order.

Q: How long the masterbatch could be stored?

A:  Recommended storage life: Up to 12 months provided it is stored as directed.
