We have different models of mucking loaders with Loading Ability ranging from 40 cubic meters to 120 cubic meters per hour.

According to the different width, the different slope of the usage environment,and the materials being transported,we can produce different configuration machines for customers.

Loading plan

A 20 GP can load two units ZWY-50H mucking loaders and A 40HC can load 4 units ZWY-50H mucking loaders. If you want to purchase mucking loader and electric dumper at the same time, they can be mixed into containers.

Standard and optional configurations

Belt conveyor or scraper conveyor

Belt type: ,Suitable for a mine with a slope of less than 8 degrees,materials used for conveying loose or small particles, such as soil, low density stones, etc. Advantages: high transport efficiency and low cost

Scraper type: It mainly used in the mines with slopes greater than 8 degrees,double chain on each side of the conveyor. in the scraper conveyor, We installed the baffles，the height of the baffle is 13cm. It can prevent the slipping of the material well.

Digging bucket and broken hammer

There are two types of broken hammer of our mucking loader. One is that the broken hammer and the digging are one, and the other is that the broken hammer and the digging bucket are separated.you can choose as your need.

Diesel engine

The function of diesel engine 1. When the machine needs to be transfer to another place, it is not convenient to connect the wires.you can startup the diesel engine. 2. When testing the machine, or it is not convenient to use electricity, it can replace electricity for a short time.

Walking method and mining wheels

Mining wheels:

Standard:Use solid mining tire. Optional :Mining tires with holes.

The function of Mining tires with holes,There will be vibrations when the machine is walking and working, and using hollow tires can reduce the stress during walking and have a shock-absorbing effect.

Crawler type:

If your local road conditions need to be climbed and the slope is greater than 12 degrees, you need to use crawler type. The
chassis of the crawler is heavier, which can be suitable for various road conditions.

Different voltages and Explosion-Proof Motor can be customized

1.According to the local electricity requirements of the customer, machines with different voltages and frequencies can be customized, such as 220V, 380V, and 440V.

2.If your machine is used in coal mines or other flammable and explosive environments, then an explosion-proof motor needs to be used

How to operate the mucking loader

The machine can be customized

ZWY-50H Sliding mucking loader,number 50 refers to the capacity, 50m3/hour, H means the sliding structure.

Sliding chassis structure has 2 pieces hydraulic motor to drive the machine, one hydraulic motor in" A" side, to drive 2 wheels, the other hydraulic motor in "B"side, to drive another 2 wheels. The chassis is made by our factory,we can customize the" C "length,to achieve machine width customize.

How to turn the machine

This picture you can see, how sliding structure to achive rotate at original place.
D1 and D2 wheel is in one row, they will move together, at the same time, the opposite 2 wheels in one row,Then, it can achieve rotate at original place, if you still not understand, please contact me to ask video.

How to operate the mucking loader
