Internal Mixer and Hot Pressing Machine ↑

Internal Mixer: Quickly & proportionally fluxing. Sealed chamber gives no waste and safe operation. Discharge door actuated by hydraulic rotary actuator, higher capacity, higher efficiency.

We have 8 units of hot pressing machines that produces high quality LVT. The LVT excellently performance at the aspects of strongness, pelling force, stability, embossement.

Water Tempering Machine ↑

The machine length is 40 meters that achieve excellent ability to reduce heat syndrome and cold contraction and improve the stability of LVT.

Lock Making Machine ↑

The type of click is Unilin. It can make micro bevelling.The machine is advanced and automatic that guarantees the click standard and production volume.

UV Machine ↑

The advanced and luxury UV machine enable us to offer LVT which have the features of high temperature resistance, strain-resistance, wear-resistance, negative oxygen ion, etc.
