1. Stainless steel door body
(1). The door body adopts a frame structure, and a high-pressure pouring machine is used inside to fill environmentally friendly flame-retardant polyurethane foam molding in one go. The polyurethane filling is uniform and dense, the door surface is smooth and beautiful, and the polyurethane injection density is 48±1kg/m3.
(2). The door body panel is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate that is folded on four sides. The plate surface is drawn with oil film on the original plate and then leveled. The door body panel is 0.8mm thick.
(3). The four sides of the door body are made of aluminum alloy profiles to connect the upper and lower panels, which is beautiful and elegant.
(4). The sealing strips around the door body are made of PET elastomer strips, which are resistant to low temperatures of -40°C and have strong aging resistance and tear resistance.

2. Stainless steel door frame
(1)Made of SUS304 stainless steel pipe 45*75*2.0mm, it is directly fixed on the civil construction wall through hollow-drilled expansion screws embedded in the pipe wall or directly wrapped with stainless steel edging to wrap the composite board. It is beautiful, sturdy and durable.
(2)Stainless steel hinge: precise return, 180-degree non-hover torsion spring design ensures that the door body can be accurately returned to any position.

4. Accessories (see-through window, buffer and anti-collision plate)
(1). The buffer and anti-collision board is made of black polyethylene board (PE board) with a thickness of 5mm and high elasticity to ensure that the door body is not subject to collision. The width of the buffer plate covers the entire door body. The shape of the buffer plate is a semi-circular arc, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance, solidity and durability.
(2). The see-through window is made of polycarbonate board or acrylic board, and EPDM sealing strip is used to inlay in the upper center of the door body.

We recommend TT remittance. After signing the contract, part of the deposit will be paid in advance, after the product

5.How long does it take for delivery?
