The Sprinkler System Quickly Solves Heat Stress for Cows

(1) The control system can freely set the spray start temperature range, spray time, and interval time. After the setting is completed, the environmental temperature reaches the set temperature, and the system intelligently starts the program.
(2) The temperature sensing system can be manually adjusted to the actual temperature or to the specified temperature.
(3) The pressure nozzle imported from the United States can achieve uniform water spraying at all ends of the cowshed under a certain pressure, with the same start and stop.
(4) Using a water source filtration device to solve nozzle blockage caused by water quality.
(5) The temperature control system reaches the critical temperature and starts automatically. Different programs are selected based on different temperature conditions.
(6) Up to 4 pause time periods can be set, and the spray will not be activated during the pause time to avoid wasting water after cows go to milk.
(7) The control system has two modes, manual/automatic, and can perform manual spraying in specific areas (such as crowded halls).
(8) The PLC in this sprinkler system adopts Japanese products, the pressure nozzle adopts American imported products, and the solenoid valve and filter adopt Israeli imported products.

The system mainly consists of three parts, namely the microcomputer control part, the water tank and booster part, and the pipeline and spray part.

The microcomputer control part uses programmable chips to execute the set program instructions, controls the opening and closing of the water supply system through electromagnetic valves, and uses high-precision imported platinum resistors such as PT100 and Pt1000 for temperature sensitive components, making the product highly sensitive, stable, accurate, and long-lasting.

The water tank and pressurization part are equipped with stainless steel booster pumps from well-known domestic manufacturers. The volume of the water tank is calculated based on the maximum program spray water volume to ensure the normal operation of the system

The biggest highlight of the intelligent instant spraying system is that the spraying action quickly wets the cows body within 8-10 seconds (the wetting pressure is ≥ 3 kilograms, and large water droplets can directly pass through the cows fur to wet the cows back)
