• Dual Work Stations:

• Work stations on both sides of the line include tables for placing baskets and empty cardboard boxes, facilitating a convenient and organized workspace.

• Integrated Weighing Section:

• The weighing section is seamlessly integrated into the roller conveyor section at the end of the line, streamlining the packaging process.

• Automatic Labeling:

• A single-click adhesive label is automatically printed during the weighing process using an automatic label machine. The label is then affixed to the packaged product.

• Inclined Sheet Metal Plates:

• In front of each employee, inclined sheet metal plates allow for easy placement and filling of empty boxes, promoting practical ease of use and time-saving efficiency.

• Roller Conveyors for Empty Boxes:

• To transport empty boxes, employees can access them effortlessly through two roller conveyors located on the top floor, ensuring a smooth and continuous workflow.

• PU Belted Waste Conveyor Belts:

• Waste collection is made easy with PU belted waste conveyor belts placed under the workbench of each line. Positioned on both sides of the main chassis, these conveyor belts contribute to a cleaner working environment.
