The unique design of integrated plastic fixed modules ensures a gap of 7mm between battery cells. Ensure sufficient and uniform heat dissipation space during full load charging and discharging to avoid rapid aging and cell swelling caused by insufficient heat dissipation at the battery center. Reduce risks of battery short circuits and overheating.

Efficient laser welding

Using aluminum connection straps that are three times the rated current to reduce series losses and heat generation between battery cells. The laser seamless integrated automation production line welding ensures the reliable connection of battery cells, avoiding the risk of detachment and false welding caused by inaccurate welding point positioning.

Comprehensive protection BMS

The battery protection system with up to 115 sensing protections provides comprehensive protection for battery cells. It has a passive balancing function that automatically balances the cells when charging or discharging to their limits, ensuring a high level of cell consistency. This helps maintain the overall battery performance with minimal degradation.

Unique connection design

The unique connection design includes a hot-pluggable interface and a concealed top and bottom entry/exit terminal. It features compatibility for both wall mounting and stacking, offering a space-saving and easy
installation solution. It supports parallel connection of up to 16 battery modules, allowing the energy storage system to expand up to 98.3 kWh capacity.

Q: Are the lithium batteries of MENRED ESS safe?
A: MENRED ESS exclusively uses LiFePO4 battery cells, which, compared to other types of lithium batteries, offer higher thermal stability. In cases of overcharging or short-circuit protection, these batteries do not catch fire or explode. Under 25-degree Celsius conditions and with 0.5C charge-discharge rates, their cycle life exceeds 6000 cycles. They are free from cobalt and cadmium, have a relatively low self-discharge rate, and provide stable voltage and current output performance.

Q: What special requirements are needed for the installation and maintenance of the product?
A: The LiFePO4 batteries of MENRED ESS are meticulously structured for ease of installation. With over a decade of experience in installing off-grid inverters, we have designed the installation process to be extremely convenient for users. No special tools are required, allowing for a straightforward and complete setup.
