5.Basic struction and working principles

This machine is mainly composed of machine frame,gizzard peeling roller, drive part ,box body and so on. All is in stainless steel material, it is nice and clean,And fulfill the international hygienic requirements.This machine’s chain is driven by a small direct-connected reducer to make the gizzard peeling roller rotate and realize the gizzard peeling job.

6.How to use this machine:

1, chicken gizzard peeling machine should be inspected before use to make sure all the fastening parts not loose during transportation, check whether there is any damage on electrical appliances and the power line, This machine must be placed smoothly and confirmed no problem, then plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch after connecting the grounding wire, start the machine to do the negative test to find if the motor has heating problem/damp problem/ or voltage too low problem, idling for a few minutes, IF there is no abnormal problem and noise, gizzards peeling job can begin.

2, When the chicken gizzard peeling machine works normally, the power supply and water supply need to be turned on , Workers need to wear special rubber gloves and hand hold the gizzards to push forward the peeled part to touch the peeling roller,the yellow skin is removed and the gizzards peeling job is finished,
