A1: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show invite you to testing the finished products and packages before you pay the balance. Or irrevocable LC at sight.

Q2: How to test the finished product while we are far from China?

A2: You can dispatch your friends to visit us, who is near to us, furthermore, we can shear living videos on internet with you, on seeing the finished product, as well as testing process. 

Q3: What is your terms of delivery?

A3: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, if you have other needs, please contact us.

Q4: How about your delivery time?

A4: Most of our products are in stock, and small quantities can be shipped within 5-15 days. Large order will take 30 alike after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5: Can you produce according to our design and specifications requirements?

A5: Yes, we can produce products as your samples, or technical designs by drawing. We can build the molds and fixtures specially for you.

Q6: what is your sample policy?

A6: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, meanwhile customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
