ISO 2531 EN 545 EN598 Centrifugally Cast Ductile Iron Tyton Push-in Joint Socket and Spigot Pipe
SYI can supply the Centrifugally Cast Ductile Iron Tyton Push-in Joint Socket and Spigot Pipe according to ISO2531, EN545, EN598,from DN80 to DN2000, including K7, K8, K9, K10,K12, K14, C20, C25, C30, C40, C50, C64, C100, with the coating of Metallic Zinc (130-400g/m2), Zn-Al Alloy 85/15, Black Bitumen coating, Red/Blue Epoxy coating, Cement lining or PU (polyurethane) coating.
Possessing
high strength, good toughness as steel and better corrosion
resistance than steel, the ductile iron pipe is the ideal
substitute for gray cast iron pipe and common steel pipe. In
addition, the DI pipes are produced with good straightness, even
wall thickness, high dimension accuracy, smooth surface finishing
and remarkable mechanical properties, plus with firmly sticking
internal & external coating layer. Flexible Push-in joint and
rubber gasket are used resulting in convenient installation of
pipelines.
By
combining amazing ductility and high tensile strength to the well
established corrosion resistance qualities of ductile iron, this
easily handled pipe can be readily tapped, drilled or welded.
Ductile Iron Pipes offer unsurpassed benefits for applications in
water supply, sewerage and gas mains by their reputation by
actual performance!
Push-in
Flexible Joint (Tyton) can be assembled by pushing the spigot
through the gasket in the socket of the mating component, and
permits significant angular deflextion both during and after
installation and which can accept a light offset of the
centreline.
Own the
advanced and competed set of equipments, such as the medium
frequency induction furnace, high-speed centrifugal casting
machine, gas-cooling annealing, and automatic zinc spraying,
hydraulic pressure testing, and lining with cement lines, SYI has
an annual production capacity of 200000 tons since DN80 to
DN2000, and it is still developing all the time.
Strict
process and operating regulations together with perfect quality
assurance system making every production step under control. All
the products are subject to tests and inspections including
composition analysis, metallographic examination, dimension &
surface finish inspection, ring test, tensile test, hardness
test, hydrostatic test, lining and coating test to be sure that
the products meet the requirements of the
standards.
NOTE1: The bold figures indicate the standard products which are
suitable for most applications. The boxes without figures
represent products which are outside the scope of this
standard.
NOTE 2: For smaller DN, the minimum pipe wall thickness is
governed by a combination of manufacturing constraints,
structural performance and installation and handing
requirements.
NOTE 3: The minimum thickness is given for non-restrained
joints(see 4.2).
NOTE 4: Pressure classes between 50 and 100 may be supplied by
interpolation on request.
