1. The oven has pneumatic
pressure detection function. PLC will conduct real-time
detection of the gas supply pressure, and trigger an alarm
function in case of abnormal gas supply pressure to remind
user to troubleshoot and handle faults.
2. The spring control automatically adjusts the tightness of
the chain plate belt to ensure smooth and uniform operation
of the chain plate belt during thermal expansion and
contraction. After using the connecting strip for a period of
time, it can automatically adjust without scraping the edges,
achieving unmanned management.(Other manufacturers cannot
make arbitrary adjustments.)
3. The diameter of the sprocket is 40mm, the width is 20mm,
and the pitch of the sprocket is 63.5mm. The diameter of the

observation holes, making it clear to observe the flames at a

6. This proportional control oven adopts centralized
air supply to ensure uniform air supply through the fire

automatically adjusts the required amount of gas air
according to the temperature required for each temperature
zone and fire section, and automatically controls the size of
the fire pipe flame according to the required temperature.
The air and gas of each fire pipe are equipped with fine
tuning valves to ensure even firepower of each fire pipe.
7. The inlet of the fire tube is equipped with a
Venturi mixer to create a negative pressure at the inlet of
the fire tube, ensuring uniform intake of air into the fire
tube.

insert is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel,
