This material is widely used due to its good high temperature ductility, machinability and weldability.The material can be customized according to customer requirements. Good high temperature oxidation resistance and medium corrosion resistance can ensure that the heating element has a longer service life when used in different medium at high temperature.

Our Cr20Ni80 and Cr15Ni60 possess high temperature fast life up to more than 100h, far high standard requirements of 80h;

Stable resistivity and resistance temperature coefficient can ensure that the heating element has high conversion efficiency,stable power supply, saving the heating element and distribution space;

Good high temperature strength can ensure that the electric heating element at high temperature does not have large deformation due to the dead weight;

3,Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we could offer the sample but do not bear the cost of freight.And the sample weight of clad metal is generally not more than 200g, in which the precious metal content is not exceeding 20g. The sample weight of alloy material is generally not more than 500g.

4,What is the lead time?
Usually sample lead time is 20--30 days after purchase.
