XY6833 is a 5G AI intelligent module based on MTKs MT6833 (MediaTek Dimensity 700) platform, industrial grade high-performance, and capable of running Android 12.0 operating system. It supports various standards such as NR-SA/NR-NSA/LTE-FDD (CAT-18)/LTE-TDD (CAT-18)/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/EVDO/CDMA/GSM, etc; Supports WiFi 5 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, BT v2.1+EDR, 3.0+HS, v4.1+HS, V5.1, supports Beidou, Galileo, Glonass, GPS, QZSS multiple satellite positioning standards; Having multiple audio and video input/output interfaces and rich GPIO interfaces.

The MT6833 is a 3W, filtered, single-ended input, stereo Class D audio amplifier that provides precise DC volume control at 24 dB in 30 steps of 24 dB. It is a low-noise, filterless PWM architecture that minimizes external component count, PCB area, and system cost. The chip has a very low THD+N of 0.07%, a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 90dB, and thus provides high quality sound. The MT6833 provides up to 3W to a 4Ω load efficiency of up to 90% per channel.
