1. What is your MOQ?
No MOQ. We can print or dye 1 meter, just the price is a little higher than production price.

2. Can you send me samples?
We can send you FREE stock fabric samples for review before order. If you have own ready design, we can print sample for you as well.

3. What’s your production time?
Sample time: 5-7 days
Production time: 10-20 days
We can accept rush orders, but please tell us before order.

4. How about the payment and shipping terms?
The payment term is 50% deposit before production and 50% balance payment before shipping. And we usually the express like DHL, Fedex, TNT and UPS. The delivery time is about 3-7 days.

5. Do you provide the patterns?
We have stock patterns for you to choose from, and experienced designers can provide design services as well.

6. How do you protect my copyright?
Firstly, each sales will be responsible for his customers and will not steal customer designs. Secondly, our workers are not allowed to bring electronic tools such as mobile phones and USB flash drives into the workshop. Finally, we will regularly clear the printing records on the machines. And we can sign confidentiality agreement with customers.

7. How do you package fabrics?
Usually we roll the fabric directly to ensure that there are no wrinkles on the surface of the fabric when customers receive. Then put a pp bag on the outside of each roll of fabric to prevent the fabric from getting wet or stained during transportation. Finally we pack it in boxes.
