A: About 80% of our products can accept small order with MOQ only 1pc , because we normally produce hot sales items and put in our large warehouse.

Q: Why your shipping cost is so cheap for small order?
A: For small order , you can choose China Post shipping method , the shipping cost is very cheap ,but the shipping days will be around 20-25days .
If you required the products urgently ,then please choose DHL/UPS/TNT /FEDEX courier,the shipping days will be around 3-6days .

Q: Can you offer lower price if I place big orders ?

Q: Are you able to produce with my own design and private label?
A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service,and do customized packing for you .

Q: Do you have any warranty ?
A: Yes ,one year warranty, not included human damaged. If there are any defective units, we can send replacement units for free in the next order.

Q: Can you ship my products to an Amazon FBA fullfilment center?
A: YES, We know Jeffs rules, and all the FBA requirements, such as weight limit, dimension limit, item label, package label, pallet label, and our forwarders can deliver your product to any fullfillment centers with DDP service on a reasonable price.

A:Each step of production and products finished will be carried out inspection by professional QC before shipping.
