IIMT cobots IP 54 grade and repeatability - between ±0.03 mm to ±0.05mm - ensuring accurate automated welding.
Assigning tasks is a cinch, thanks to drag teaching and graphic programming. Perhaps best of all, no safety fences are required, as they have advanced collision detection. New tasks can be assigned and monitored remotely, through a mobile APP, enabled by the cobots wireless interconnectivity.
Welding is a notorious source of workplace accidents, injuries, and long-term adverse effects for humans. Waste gas, arc light and threats such as fire and electric shocks make it dangerous for even the most experienced workers. Automation of welding stands to alleviate these concerns.
