Huijin cement rotary kiln burner is tailor-designed to fit different types of cement rotary kiln, taking into account of high and low-grade pulverized coal and ideal for different dry cement thermal processing conditions. Features
1.The special vortex air channel design can better keep the flame stability and high combustion efficiency. No harm to the kiln’s skin and lining, improving clincker quality and productivity.

2.The nozzles equip semi-circular hole with taper and slope design, reducing the wind resistance, and improving the jet strength.

3.Wind through the channel guarantee the lowest coefficient of air resistance, wind & coal evenly mixed, lower wind and coal consumption, reduce NOx emission.

4.Huijin cement rotary kiln burner offers scientific golden angle design 120°, ensure the minimum resistance coefficient. The flame is adjustable by 5 expansion joint and 3 regulator, tailored to fit each specific rotary kiln type.
