2.Temperature control box instructions:

 

1. After power on, press the power button, and the temperature controller will automatically enter SV/PV display mode.

 

2. PV displays the real-time temperature detected by the sensor, while SV displays the set temperature.

 

3. When you need to change the temperature, press the SET button once, and the SV will flash. You can use the   buttons to adjust the temperature. When it reaches the desired value, press the SET button again to confirm.

 

4. The heating rod and temperature sensor wiring on the back of the temperature control box are already connected, and there is no need to rewire them. Just connect the heating rod, temperature sensor to the scissor.

3.1 Reference temperature description:

 

1.The table above shows the cutting temperature and cutting pressure values set for some samples during testing, for reference only.

 

2. Different test samples need to adjust the actual cutting temperature and cutting pressure according to the different materials, melting points, shear widths, shear thicknesses, and material properties.

 

3. When using, it is recommended to set the cutting temperature according to the actual situation of the product. The cutting pressure should be tested from a low pressure of about 0.2MPa first, and then slowly adjusted to determine the appropriate cutting pressure.

 

4. Attention: When using heated pneumatic scissors, they must be used in conjunction with a pressure regulating valve. Prevent excessive shear force from causing blade breakage.

4.Scissor Body

 

1. The scissor body mainly consists of fixed blade, movable blade, insulation board, cylinder, installation fixing plate, and wire gauge slider.

2. Fixed blade: Connected to the tool fixing plate, it can be adjusted in the up and down, front and back directions to align with the movable blade.

3. Movable blade: Equipped with a heating rod and temperature sensor, it is a component responsible for cutting.

4. Insulation board: It blocks the temperature transfer of the movable blade to the cylinder and burns it out.

5. Cylinder: a power component for cutting.

6. Install fixing plate: fix components such as cylinder and wire gauge.

7. Wire gauge slider: It limits the movement of the movable blade in one direction to prevent displacement of the movable blade during shear stress.

 

Main instructions:

 

1. Before use, simply connect the heating rod and temperature sensor.

2. Before shipment, both have undergone cut testing and theoretically can be used directly.

3. If the customer has a specific requirement, they can make slight adjustments by fixing the screws on the blade.

4. The limit screw is only used to prevent excessive cutting and has been adjusted to the appropriate position before shipment. Generally, it does not need to be adjusted.

Main instructions:

 

1. On the fixed position 1 of the scissor body, there are 6 M4 threaded holes with a spacing of 20 * 20mm. Can be used to install and fix the scissor body.

 

2. If needed, the cover on the scissor body can also be removed, and there are two M6 * 1.0 threaded holes with a spacing of 40 * 40mm at the bottom of the cylinder body, which can be used as installation and fixing holes for the scissor body.
