WFY4 series spiral coil production line
The WYF4 series spiral coil production line mainly consists of a
host, control system, auxiliary equipment, and other parts. The
host is the core part of the production line, responsible for the
production and processing of spiral coils. The control system is
responsible for controlling the operation of the production line,
including adjusting parameters such as speed and pressure.
Auxiliary equipment includes spiral tube vertical support
material racks, spiral tube horizontal discharge material racks,

Main Purpose and Scope of Application
Produce spiral coils by rolling one or more straight pipes into
spiral coils with adjustable pitch. Applied in fields such as
boilers and pressure vessels to improve production efficiency and
reduce production costs. Suitable for producing spiral coils of
various materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy

Roll feeding
The supporting material is matched with the host machine, with
parallel feeding of opposite rollers and two opposite active
rollers clamping the circular tube into the machine, ensuring
sufficient friction force and uniform speed during the rolling
process. The small diameter forming of large diameter materials
can also be easily achieved.
Hydraulic diameter auxiliary adjustment
The hydraulic diameter auxiliary adjustment mechanism supports
and optimizes the bending diameter accuracy of the material
during the forming process, while maintaining corrected diameter
data while ensuring consistency in the diameter of each
coil.
Pitch correction
