Quality is the life of company

We always regard quality as the primary factor of production, and without quality, everything is empty talk. So our company attaches great importance to product inspection, from the initial incoming and raw material inspection, to the first inspection of products twice a day, as well as workshop inspections, spot checks, and even full inspections before shipment.

At the same time, we will also conduct different tests on different products, such as hardness testing, tensile testing, salt spray testing, etc. When shipping, we will attach various reports of the products to ensure that they meet your needs.

Quality Control
1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------- Incoming quality control ( IQC)
2) Checking the details before the production line operated.
3) Have full inspection and routing inspection during mass production---In process quality control(IPQC)
4) Checking the goods after they are finished---- Final quality control(FQC)
5) Checking the goods after they are finished-----Outgoing quality control(OQC)

Each product packed in a bubble bag and then arranged in carton, with a weight of less than 20 KG per carton. Then place the cartons inside the wooden box. We can also accept your specified packaging.
