* Q1: What is your payment terms and
delivery terms?
A-Payment: TT or L/C at sight.
Delivery: EX-works or FOB are both
acceptable.
* Q2: How do you ship the goods?
A-We can ship by air , by express or by sea, as
you required.
* Q3: Which audit for you have?
A-We have BSCI,WCA,FDA,BRC and ISO9001.
* Q4: What is MOQ of the item ?
A-Any quantity can be accept . please inquiry us
before place order .
* Q5: How can I make sure that the product are
produced in good condition?
A-For each shipment, we have 100% production line
inspection and random inspection based on AQL
2.5-4.0 by our
own side. We could send you the
inspection pic/video if required. Whats more,
customer can arrange the inspection from
3rd party or by his own QC.
* Q6: How can I make sure the mass production is
same as the pic I saw?
A-We can do the pre-production sample and take
picture for your checking. And if required, we
can send the pre-
production sample to you.
* Q7: What is the sample lead time?
A-For regular sample, it could be sent in 5
workdays. For OEM sample, it could be sent in 10
workdays. For mock-up sample, it could be sent in
25 workdays.
* Q8: Whats your production lead time?
A-Usually it is 40-45 days after deposit. If we
have stock material, it can be sooner.
* Q9: What type of package do you offer?
A-Our standard packing is OPP bag or bubble bag
+plain white box or color box, if you want to
have a special packing, we can also supply you,
but you have to pay extra cost.
* Q10: Can we develop our own models?
A-Yes. If you have your own idea, you can let us
know. We will design and send the drawing which
can meet your needs.
If you have your own drawing, please send it. We
will calculate the cost and set the tooling for
you.
For ODM item, it is 100% exclusive to you. We
will not display or show to any 3rd party.
* Q11: Is it okay to print the logo on the
product ?
A-Yes. For logo less than 3 pantone colors, it is
no problem. For full color logo, please send the
design for our checking
first.
* Q12: What products you manufacture?

* Q13: Are you Factory & Manufacture?
A-YES. Our factory was found in 1997.
* Q15: How about your product quality?
A-All of our product has been 5 times quality
checked before shipping with IQC, LQC, PQC, FQC
and QA department.
* Q16: Can i get the samples before place mass
order?
A-Yes, we can provide you the samples, existing
samples can be free, customized sample is not
free but the fee cost is
refundable when we received the order from
you.
