Classification

Plate-and-frame filter press

Box type filter press

The structure and working principle are similar to that of the plate and frame filter press, except that the two sides of the filter plate are concave, and each two filter plates are combined into a box filter chamber, eliminating the filter frame.

Working principle

The hydraulic pressure mechanism of the filter press consists of the hydraulic station, oil cylinder, piston, piston rod and the havlan card hydraulic station connected with the piston rod and the pressure plate.

Filtration: filtrate outflow by clear flow filtration and dark flow filtration.Open flow filtration. A water nozzle is installed on the outlet hole at the bottom of each filter plate. The filtrate flows directly from the nozzle.The undercurrent filtration is provided with a liquid outlet channel hole below each filter plate, and the liquid outlet holes of several filter plates are connected into a liquid outlet channel, which is discharged by the pipe connected with the liquid outlet hole below the thrust plate.

Washing method: When the filter cake needs washing, sometimes the flow is one-way washing and two-way washing, and the undercurrent is one-way washing and two-way washing.
