A basic production process is: Empty bottles enter a bottle feeding table which moves them to a monoblock filling capping machine, which with two heads filling stations, inner cap/outer cap insertion station and a cap torquing station.

Smart auto feeding table is made of full AISI 304 stainless steel which meeting international phrma and food
grade stnadard, driven by the JSCC gear motor ,the table is burdened with 150KG maximum with speed controller.

The newly designed VIRO-SR75 linear bottle washing machine is suitable for cleaning projects of filling containers of
different specifications. It has a strong cleaning effect on small particles, feathers, sediment, dust and other small and light pollutants, connected to cleaning water.

Two diving filling nozzles

The diving type liquid filling is that the filling nozzles move down into the bottle and rise as the filling level of the liquid increases. This method can ensure the filling speed while making the liquid less likely to splash out.

Servo motor control

It adopts piston pump filling and is controlled by servo motor to ensure filling accuracy and filling quantity. If you fill different volume, just set the volume on the touch screen. It is very friendly for user to operate.

Drip-proof filling valve

The filling nozzle adopts anti-drip filling valve, when the filling is completed, the filling nozzle will be closed, so that the filling material will not be drip out, to ensures the cleaness of bottles and workbench.

Cap insert station

The “Guiding cup” is used to cap placing, which is specially designed for “Sprayer” dropper ” “inner plug”. The “Guiding cup” makes huge contributions to the precision. avoid the cap to be pushed somewhere else due to long unshaped and soft plastic tube. The “Guiding cup” is customized based on the bottle mouth shape and exact diameter to ensure every cup is matched with the product .

Out cap feeding station

The outer cap adopts a grabbing method. The mechanical arm takes the cap and sends it to the capping head. The capping head hold the cap and screws it onto the bottle, which reduces the failure of the cap due to problems such as burrs on the edge of the cap, and greatly improves the accuracy and stability of the capping.

Capping station

The magnetic motor is used in the capping process. It can automatically adjust the torque according to the thread specifications of different bottle caps, avoiding cap wear or leakage caused by too large or too small torque. At the same time, the capping head customized according to the shape of the cap can play the role of "POSITIONING".

Capping vibrating

The cap vibrator would sort and arrange the caps in order, and feed them to the bottle through cap feeding tunnel, no need to put manually one by one, it can also equipped with sound-proof enclosure or cap replenish elevator with hopper according to customer production requirement.

The bottle packing table is used to collect finished bottles, which are transported by conveyors and convenient for workers to do the packing.

The removable touch screen is very friendly for users to control the equipment running status. If you have different filling volumes, there is no need for manual testing. One-click volume change is very convenient and easy to operate.

The protective cover is made with stainless steel frame and thick plexiglass from all sides including top, which is much more safety and cleanness for production, could meet customer production requirement, as well as sound-proof and look beautiful.

The door-opening stop function is used together with the protective plexiglass cover. When the operator opens the door, the equipment will send signal to PLC and automatically stop running to ensure the safety of personnel. Details decide the quality.

When the equipment fails for some reason, the existence of the three-color alarm light is very necessary for the the operator to detect it in time. The operator only needs to go to the touch screen to check the cause of the failure and eliminate it according to the instructions.

The loudest part of the entire equipment is the cap vibrating. The equipment with a soundproof cover using soundproof cotton and stainless steel frame can effectively reduce the noise to around 50-60dB, making the entire working environment more comfortable and humane.

Photoelectricity is like human eyes. It can help us detect whether there are enough bottles or caps, thereby realizing functions such as shutdown for lack of bottles or caps to remind operator replenish, or detect if the cap putting succefully, etc., that makes the equipment more automated.
