Dear Principal and Direct Buyer,

Our company has the ability to sell in large wholesale original masks, various brand name produces by 3M Company from different locations in US and around the world at very attractive prices.

Our company also has ability to supply Nitrile Glove, non powder, directly from manufacture in Malaysia, Vietnam, and other country.  We can supply small quantity to large quantity in monthly or yearly contract.

Please see procedure below for your best cordinate and transaction business.

Procedure:

Company inqueries to purchase original 3M products, Nitrile Glove products, or other products:

1. Please send LOI with letter head, stamped, and signed by the Buyer or Manager.

    LOI indicates the brand name, type, model of products, description, purchased quantity, such as 3M masks or nitrile glove, target price,  destination location, delivery time, payment term, 

2.  Please provide either POF, bank statement, BCL, or attorney letter with approved fund to purchase the amount of products.

     Buyer can also provide copy of LC or escrow fund to cover the amount of purchased products.

3.  Terms of sale: 100% irrevocable direct letter of credit or 100% Escrow, which is opened at the time of transfer of the goods for the Buyer.

4.  Buyer will receive Purchase Sale Agreement.  

5.  Buyer will receive copy of SGS for products before shipment sent to Buyer's destination.

6. During the transfer of the goods, the Buyer will be receive      - Certificate of products     - Bill of lading, shipment document and other documents related to products.

7.  Buyer will receive products and Bank will released the LC for payment to Seller. 

8.  Transaction will be completed.
