 The predecessor of Qingdao Xiefeng Seiko Machinery Co., Ltd is the Machining workshop of Qingdao Huiye storage Co., Ltd , mainly undertaking the business of brake drum processing of Qingte Zhongli axle Co., Ltd. After its registration and establishment in September 2017, various types of processing equipment have been added and the categories of processed products have been expanded. At present, it has 2 DMG Mori horizontal machining centers, 2 TONG TAI horizontal machining centers, 15 vertical machining centers of various models, 8 vertical CNC lathes of various models, 2 plasma cutting machines, several ordinary equipments as milling planer and drilling , 1 Coordinate Measuring Machine, and various measuring tools and measuring equipments. It mainly undertakes the working business of Middle and rear axle final drive housing assembly, Half axle housing, drum and hub of Zhongli axle Co., Ltd, and the processing business of various parts. The company covers an area of more than 10000 square meters and a production workshop area of more than 5000 square meters. At present, there are more than 40 employees and more than 10 professional technicians. On the basis of ISO9001 quality management system certification, the company passed IATF116949 quality management system certification in early 2021, applied in the whole process of production quality control.
