All of our pages give a brief information as well as the common piercing sizes worn within that collection. We also have a Size Guide page and Piercing Guide page that can be used for reference on the different jewellery and piercings sizes available. However, as an online store we cannot recommend an exact size for your piercing and jewellery through chat/email even if you provide us with a picture of your piercing. We suggest for the most comfortable fit, safety and style please ensure you know your exact piercing sizes or if unknown it is best to consult with a professional piercer.
All orders are processed and dispatched 2 working days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are sent through Royal Mail Tracked service. After dispatch, Royal Mail typically delivers within 1-5 working days, depending on your location. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All return periods start from the date Royal Mail tracking shows as 'delivered'. To be eligible for a return for undamaged/wrongly sent items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with your order number. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label*, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns due to faulty/damaged item will be borne by us, Monster Piercing. *Customers looking to return undamaged items for a refund or exchange will have to bear the shipping costs.
