FAQ's

The mini qty is 50pcs for all of products, some of small products the mini order is 100pcs The minimum amount for a wholesale order is $500 For our stock products we accepet 1pcs shipped by air.
For all of products, we could shipped to destination by sea or by air as your request.like US or Canada or UK..Please contact with us, We will calculate the accurate freight cost according to your order. If you want to choice ship by sea, the mini quanlity is over 70 kgs each order. If you can solve transportation by yourself, we can ship the goods to any address in China for free
The production period varies according to the size of the order. Generally, it does not exceed 30 days, and the stock products can be delivered at any time
If you choose us to be responsible for transportation, we will afford the risk of customs clearance. If your goods are inspected by the customs, we will re ship them for you, or directly refund money to you.
It will take about 25days by sea, and 10 days to US address by air. Other counter will become later or earlier than this time.
If you find that our products do not meet your requirements, please provide us with the photos for confirmation. If it is our responsibility, we will compensate you. We hope to established long time business relation with our customer, The customer’s requirements come first.
