We are seeking a reliable partner to produce custom CNC-milled wooden enclosures with high-quality production and post-processing. This is an initial order of 10 units, with the potential for ongoing collaboration. The enclosures must be manufactured to precise specifications, adhering to ISO 2768-m general tolerances, and require professional finishing.
Product Specifications :
Material : Ash wood (Osis), 6.5 and 20 mm thick
Dimensions : Provided in technical drawings (available in DXF, SVG, or STEP formats upon request)
Drilled holes : Multiple holes with dimensions of 6 mm, 10 mm, and 3.5 mm (5 pcs)
Milled pockets : Specified depths and radii (R2.20, R5, R30, R20)
Surface finish :
Laminated direction polished to T320
Matte lacquer coating
Printing : Screen-printing or digital printing before lacquering
Assembly : Insertion of 4 threaded studs (to be glued at the edges of the enclosure)
Additional details : Deburred edges, sharp edges broken
