We are Elite Projects, a real estate development company that focuses on building houses with two to three floors. Each year, we construct about 30 to 40 houses. Each floor covers an area of 150 to 180 square meters, with a width of 7 to 10 meters and a length of 20 to 24 meters.

We want to ask if it’s possible to modify the aluminum formwork system for roofs and columns so that only the external walls are load-bearing for the roof, allowing for easy adjustments to the interior layout. Additionally, we are interested in knowing the cost for building houses of this size.
