I don't know if you think this is normal?

I have to place the order with you but your silence means that this project can be too elastic, and there are a lot of orders to place with you.
As a first step in launching these products, we have selected the bell with tray - tray 24cm in diameter and bell 10cm high.
However, I would like to

1/ are the support rings under the board included, as on this sample wooden tray we received

2/ Please have another packaging option other than polyester that respects the RSE standard.


3/I would like to place an order for 800Pcs, but I would like to see your PU again if possible.



4/ What is the total production and transport time for these 800 pieces?

5/ I would like to have the PI, only on the condition of payment I suggest you give us 30% as an advance, 50% against the copy of the BL and 20 after receipt of goods.800pcs
