7 M.TONS : LEAD BILLETS 99.94% : - IN FORM OF 25KG./ 30KG./ 40 KG. INGOT AS PER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION NO. CPG003-DR001-MS-01

Technical Requirement : -The material furnished under ASTM B 29 03 shall meet the requirements of Lead Bricks. The finished bricks shall meet or exceed the federal spefication QQL-201-F Grade C, and interlocking shall meet or exceed the federal speficcation QQL-171 Grade C.

Chemical Composition : Pure Lead, UNS number 1.50049

2. The grades of lead listed shall be produced by any smelting and refining process from ore or recyeled materials to meet the chemical requirements of this specification.

Workmanship, Finish, and Appearance : -The lead products shall be uniform in quality and hardness, smooth, commercially straight and flat and free of injurious imperfections such as pits, dents, scratches, laminations, grit, foreign malter, porosity, or waves that may affect the serviceeability of material.

Melting : - The melting temperature must not exceed 685 Deg. F ( 363 Deg.C) to prevent excessive drossing. The lead must be stirred immediately prior to sampling.

Certification : - MTC must be provided along with supply by manufacturer.
